About Billy “The Spa Guy” Stallings

Meet Billy

Billy “The Spa Guy” Stallings is a builder, inventor, and music history documentarian — a man deeply rooted in faith, family, and legacy.

He has been married for 38 years to his beautiful wife Lori, and is a proud father of two and grandfather of two. His values and drive are centered around preserving what matters — from history to home.

Billy began working in the pool and spa business as a child alongside his father, a builder with over 40 years in the trade. By his teens, he was already installing and servicing spas and pools.

After high school, Billy moved into the automotive industry, working as a Diagnostic Technician and Service Manager for Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships in North Carolina from 1984 to 1999. During this time, he also studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering, building the technical foundation that would fuel his future.

Later, after relocating to the Nashville area, Billy worked for American Home Design, managing spa sales, service, and delivery. He then became Vice President of Operations at Four Winds Spa Manufacturing in Smyrna, TN, where he led technical support, warranty, quality control, and spa design. A side business in spa repair grew — through hard work and God’s guidance — into a full-time operation. The Spa Guy was born.

Today, The Spa Guy brand operates 8 eCommerce websites, offering spa parts, tools, and instructional content. Billy is also an inventor with multiple patents, including the Spa Cover Wind Strap System and an automotive tech tool distributed through Lisle Tool Company.

He is also the Founder and Creator of The Tiger Man, and owner of the Tiger Man Karate Dojo and Museum in Memphis, Tennessee, located just one mile from Graceland — the very place where Elvis Presley trained under Kang Rhee, the founder of Pasaryu Karate. The museum houses rare memorabilia from Kang Rhee and other celebrities connected to Elvis’s life and legacy.

In addition, Billy films music history documentaries around the world, uncovering hidden stories and preserving cultural landmarks tied to Elvis and other legends.

He and his family attend Three Oaks Church in Gallatin, TN, staying grounded in faith while living a life committed to restoration, storytelling, and honoring the past.
